Delivery charges are waived on orders of ₽2500 or more.

Pay the courier in cash or pay online. Bank transfers are not accepted.

Orders paid online are accepted without a confirmation call.
We do not call to confirm if delivery will take no more than 90 minutes or if there are no order details to clarify.
Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on your address. If the service cannot locate the exact address, an operator will confirm the fee when confirming your order (except for orders paid online on the website).
Advance orders require online payment or a 30% advance payment by QR code or in cash at the café.

Bank transfers are not accepted. Pay in cash or online.
Orders without an exact delivery address require full payment in advance.
Orders to a military checkpoint require full advance payment online or by QR code.

At properties with a vehicle barrier, delivery is to the barrier unless you arrange access. This applies to all gated addresses.
Airport deliveries are made to the main entrance only. Please come outside to collect your order.
Delivery to outlying areas is suspended during cyclones.
The weight of any menu item may vary by up to ±15 grams.
